Аннотация

In order to choose the most effective renewable energy source (RES), one needs make use of a sophisticated multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) strategy. This is required since there are many aspects that must be taken into consideration. This endeavour is made more difficult by the existence of contradictory standards as well as insufficient and incorrect information. In order to address these unpredictabilities, the concept of moderator-intuitionistic-fuzzy-set (IFS), or MIFS for short, has been developed as an extension of IFSs. Additionally, the MIFS contributes to the achievement of a higher degree of accuracy in the prediction of unanticipated behaviors brought on by the moderator parameter (MP). As a result of this study, we have developed a strategy that may be used to choose the best RES to work inside the MIFS framework. Under MIFS information, we suggest a new aggregation operator that we call the MIF ordered weighted averaging (MIOWA) operator and the MIF ordered weighted geometric (MIOWG) operator. Both of these operators are based on the MIFS information. In conclusion, we provide a strategy for overcoming challenges associated with RES selection that makes use of the operator that we built.
