Аннотация

Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) is a common condition affecting women of reproductive age, characterized by physical, emotional, and behavioral symptoms that occur during the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle. Common manifestations include mood swings, irritability, fatigue, breast tenderness, and bloating. PMS can significantly affect daily activities, social life, and work performance. Early recognition and management, including lifestyle modification, stress reduction, and pharmacological treatment, are essential to improve the quality of life of affected women [1, 2].
