This article examines the anatomical and physiological characteristics of the cardiovascular system in children. It analyzes age-related changes in the structure, size, and weight of the heart, the proportions of its chambers, and the diameter of blood vessels. In addition, it provides a scientific explanation of variations in heart rate, blood pressure, and circulatory volume according to age. The stages of development of the cardiovascular system in children, the level of its functional maturity, and its specific physiological features are clearly described. This information has significant practical importance for pediatrics and related medical sciences.
