Аннотация

This article addresses the prevalent issue of Foreign Language Anxiety (FLA), specifically in English speaking activities within the classroom. High anxiety levels are known to hinder cognitive processing, reduce participation, and limit language acquisition. This paper reviews and synthesizes effective, practical classroom techniques rooted in collaborative learning, gradual exposure, and a supportive environment. The discussion argues that by systematically implementing strategies such as structured pair work, error tolerance, mindfulness, and game-based learning, educators can significantly lower anxiety barriers, thereby fostering more confident and proficient English speakers.
