Аннотация

Effective communication is the central nervous system of a functional classroom, yet its specific components are often underutilized as deliberate pedagogical tools. This paper examines the integrated impact of three evidence-based communication strategies—positive language, active listening, and "I-statements"—on classroom climate, student-teacher relationships, and student behavioral and academic outcomes. Moving beyond anecdotal advice, we position these strategies as a cohesive, teachable framework rooted in humanistic psychology and communication theory.
