THE IMPORTANCE OF CREATING A POSITIVE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT IN DEVELOPING CULTURAL COMPETENCE OF YOUTH, ESPECIALLY GIRLS, THROUGH FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHING
