Аннотация
FIG. 5. — Phylogenetic subtree of the genus Alboglossiphonia showing the relationships of two samples collected in the Ferghana Valley (their tip labels are highlighted in bold). The clades of A. weberi (Blanchard, 1897) and A. hyalina (Müller, 1774) are marked in light blue and yellow, respectively. The tree was inferred from COI sequences using the maximum likelihood optimality criterion. Support values from the SH-like approximate likelihood-ratio test (SH-aLRT) and ultrafast bootstrapping are provided for the major clades.
