DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF MEDICAL STUDENTS

In this article, the author addresses the issue of developing professional competence in students. Conceptual and technological approaches to preparing qualified workers who are competitive in the labor market and capable of effectively performing their profession at a global level are defined. The author’s primary methods in this area include interdisciplinary integration, simulation training, virtual reality, and Problem-Based Learning (PBL).
