DEVELOPMENT OF PHYSICAL QUALITIES OF STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES IN HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

The article examines the pedagogical and organizational-methodological aspects of developing physical qualities of students with disabilities within the system of higher education. The relevance of the study is determined by the need to create an inclusive educational environment that ensures equal opportunities for physical development and social adaptation of students. The purpose of the research is to scientifically substantiate and experimentally test methodological approaches to the development of physical qualities of students with disabilities in a higher education setting. The study employed methods of pedagogical observation, physical testing, analysis of scientific and methodological literature, and a pedagogical experiment. The obtained results demonstrated positive dynamics in strength, endurance, coordination, and flexibility indicators when adapted physical education programs were applied. The study concludes that individualization of physical training and the implementation of adaptive educational technologies are essential for improving the effectiveness of physical education for students with disabilities.
