This article examines the distinctive features of state regulation in the insurance sector, focusing on its role in ensuring market stability, consumer protection, and sustainable industry development. The study analyzes regulatory frameworks, supervisory mechanisms, and institutional structures that govern insurance activities, with particular attention to licensing procedures, solvency control, risk-based supervision, and compliance requirements.
