DEVELOPMENT OF THE SYSTEM OF AUDITING PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT IN THE ORGANIZATION

The article is devoted to the analysis of current research in the fieldof auditing personnel management in an organization and finding ways to solve theproblem of improving the personnel audit system in modern enterprises. A personnelmanagement audit is considered as a comprehensive mechanism for assessing andmonitoring performance indicators of the entire set of personnel processes of anenterprise that form the personnel management system.
