CONSTITUTIONAL GUARANTEES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PRINCIPLE OF "MAN-SOCIETY-STATE" WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY

This article provides a comprehensive overview of the "Human – Society – State" principles established in the Development Strategy of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2022–2026 and the new edition of the Constitution adopted in 2023. It further examines the ongoing reforms, the increasing role of the neighborhood institution, state projects for youth, and the objectives outlined for the implementation of the development strategy. The article scientifically substantiates the theoretical and practical significance of the new constitutional norms in enhancing the level of human rights protection.
