Аннотация

This article analyzes the impact of raw material density on gin productivity, energy consumption, and fiber and seed quality during the saw ginning process. Based on scientific research conducted since 2010, issues related to raw material density stabilization in the ginning chamber are identified. The feasibility of using the accelerator motor load current as an informative parameter for assessing the process status is substantiated. The scientific significance of technological solutions aimed at adaptive control of the ginning process is demonstrated.
