Improving Dividend Policy in Corporations

This article discusses in detail the economic content of dividend policy in corporations, the mechanisms of its formation, and the impact of dividend policy on the interests of shareholders and the long-term development of the corporation. In thecourse of the research, the main types of dividend policies, internal and external factors influencing their choice, as well as the modern practice of implementing dividend policy in Uzbek corporations were analyzed. The article develops conclusions and practical proposals based on scientific research conducted by local scientists in recent years.
