Approaches to the Concept OF Coping in Psychological Literature

The article provides an understanding of the term “coping”, the history of its study, the main groups of its typology, and analyzes approaches to the study of coping. The main works devoted to the study of coping strategies are considered, and how the understanding of coping behavior in psychological science has changed is analyzed.
