DEPRECATED RECORD -- DO NOT USE. This version is based on an uncalibrated low-cost optical sensor (OpenAQ Station 4902926) and reported an annual-mean PM2.5 of 56.3 ug/m3, which substantially over-reads the regulatory reference monitor under high humidity. It has been SUPERSEDED by the reference-grade analysis (U.S. Embassy FEM Station 8881; annual mean 37.9 ug/m3; 8,301 hourly measurements) archived at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.18163610 . The associated manuscript uses ONLY the reference-grade Station 8881 data.
