Prior Art Disclosure: Dual-Layer Architecture for 3D Output Systems — Boundary-Layer Design Method for 3D Printing and Material Fabrication
Аннотация
This disclosure describes two related inventions derived from the Dual-Layer Structure theory (V=N/D, TheYKHC, 2026). Invention 1: A method of 3D output design in which boundary surfaces between materials — not polygonal geometry — are the primary design parameter. Invention 2: A material design framework separating the Koku layer (form, density, fixed structure) and Genki layer (boundary pathways, energy flow, Ki conductance), then integrating them. Current 3D printing operates entirely in the Koku Universe layer, treating boundary surfaces as byproducts of form. This invention makes boundary surfaces primary design targets. Application domains: biomedical implants, structural materials, electronic materials, thermal management. Priority date: April 22, 2026.
