The Jahanian Verification Framework (JVF): How AI is Transforming Verifiable Truth into a Luxury Commodity

The global artificial intelligence industry is currently executing an unprecedented scaling of generative capabilities. However, this hyper-production has structurally ignored the inverse economic consequence: the collapse of verificationinfrastructure. This paper introduces the Jahanian Verification Framework (JVF), within which it defines the Epistemic Poverty Line (EPL), a macro-economic and architectural construct revealing that as the cost of generating synthetic data approaches zero, the cost of verifying human ground truth rises sharply. This divergence imposes a hidden Verification Tax on the global digital ecosystem. Consequently, verifiable truth is at risk of transitioning from a fundamental public right into a luxury commodity. The paper outlines the structural and economic dimensions of this divide and presents cryptographic evidentiary substrates as aprincipal architectural safeguard against epistemic stratification.
