Аннотация

This paper presents a unified conceptual framework positing that all physical, chemical, and cosmological phenomena are governed by a single, overarching cosmic principle: The Law of Striving for Equilibrium (Muvozanatga intilish qonuni). We demonstrate that the Big Bang represents the ultimate disruption of a primordial equilibrium, initiating the symbiotic emergence of time and energy bounded by the finiteness of the speed of light. Conversely, black holes serve as the terminal convergence points where cosmic energy and time return to the absolute "zero-state" of perfect balance. Drawing a historical parallel to Al-Khwarizmi’s introduction of zero, this paper argues that future scientific paradigms will inevitably rely on this singular law as their foundational bedrock.
