Аннотация
Results of an experimental study of the thermal and electrical conductivity of niobium-zirconium solid solutions within a wide range of concentrations (5, 7.5, 10, and 20 at. % zirconium) at temperatures between 2.5°K to 20°K are presented. The temperature dependence of the heat capacity in the range 2.5−18°K is studied for 10 at. % zirconium doped solid solution. The data make it possible to determine the temperature dependence of the energy gap of the specimens. The role of gas impurities in the formation of the energy gap is discussed. Phonon scattering mechanisms in the superconducting and normal states are established.
