Аннотация

The dynamic theory developed for the dislocation amplitude-dependent hysteresis reveals the fundamental role of quasiparticle-dislocation interaction in the formation of a nonlinear response of a real crystal to a high-frequency ultrasonic wave propagating in it. The damping decrement is predicted to have a strong frequency dependence which displays a characteristic maximum as it passes from dynamic to static hysteresis. In the latter case, we find the limiting transition to the Granato-Lücke and Rogers theories describing the amplitude-dependent losses when dislocation loops are underdamped. In terms of the dynamic theory of dislocation hysteresis we explain the anomaly in the high-frequency amplitude-dependent internal friction in metals, which is observed in the superconducting transition and, as shown by analysis, is directly attributable to a decrease in the s-state of electron drag by dislocations.
