Effect of low-temperature annealing on the structure and superconductivity of Nb–Ge films obtained by cathodic sputtering
Аннотация
Films of Nb–Ge alloys are obtained by the method of cathodic sputtering in a wide range of concentrations. It is shown that the following phases form in the films: bcc solid solutions based on Nb; Nb3Ge in a lattice of A 15 type; tetragonal modification of Nb5Ge3; solid solution based on Ge. A correlation is established between the values of the lattice parameter and the Tc of the compound Nb3Ge. The effect of heat treatment in the temperature range 625–675°C on the critical temperature and the structure of Nb3Ge films is studied. It is shown that for film compositions close to the stoichiometric composition under certain conditions Tc can increase due to the process of atomic ordering.
