The c–T phase diagram is obtained for the system of crystals CsDycEu1−c(MoO4)2 in the range of Dy3+ concentrations from 1 to 0.6. The anisotropy of the temperature dependence of the thermal expansion coefficients in a crystal containing an impurity is observed to change. We analyze the peculiarities of the distortions that arise under first-order and second-order phase transitions. We also discuss the mechanism of phase transitions in crystals of the system CsDycEu1−x(MoO4)2 and the role of Jahn-Teller Dy3+ ions in them.
