Nonequilibrium dynamic quasiparticle distributions in superconducting films in a strong high-frequency field

The quasiclassical equations of the nonlinear kinetics of superconducting alloys, describing the heating deformation of the dynamic distribution function of electronic excitations under the action of microwave pumping, are derived taking into account the oscillations in the density of states and the limit of the energy spectrum of the superconductor in an alternating electromagnetic field. The form of dynamic nonequilibrium distributions arising in a superconducting film at low temperatures T ≪ Δ is determined; the nonlinear electromagnetic absorption owing to the entrainment of excitations by oscillations of the energy levels and the direct absorption of photons by quasiparticles are calculated.
