Аннотация
Experimental results on quantum interference in a superconducting circuit with two tunnel contacts containing an insert of high-temperature Y1Ba2Cu3O7−x ceramic are reported. It is shown that a pressure point contact made from a point of Y–Ba–Cu–O ceramic and a planar surface of POS-61 solder possesses characteristics of a Josephson junction at 4.2 K. The conclusion is drawn that long-range order and pair correlations of charge carriers exist in these ceramics.
