Аннотация
The resistance of the N–S boundary due to the specular reflection of electrons grazing along this boundary is measured in In–Bi and high-temperature superconductor–semiconductor systems. The obtained value of the resistance is used for estimating the number of such electrons and the energy gap width in YBa2Cu3O6.5 metal oxide.
