Аннотация
The model of a superconductor with two overlapping conduction bands is considered for the case when interband scattering processes play a leading role in the emergence of superconductivity. The effect of electron–phonon attraction as well as the Coulomb repulsion of electrons from different bands on the critical temperature is taken into account. It is shown that when the Coulomb interaction plays the decisive role, the critical temperature can be considerably higher than that possible in the case of the electron–phonon interaction.
