Аннотация

Raman spectra from four ceramic YBa2Cu3O7–δ samples are measured. An analysis of changes in the spectra of superconducting samples upon cooling below the superconducting transition temperature Tc reveals an asymmetric singularity whose low-frequency boundary determines the energy gap width. The dependence of the gap parameter on Tc is determined, and the temperature behavior of the superconducting gap parameter is investigated.
