Аннотация
The Raman spectra (RS) of the ceramic YBa2Cu3Ox (x = 6, 7) are studied at temperatures 300 and 30 K in the frequency range 50−800 cm −1. The analysis of the variation in the spectrum of the superconducting sample at T = 30 K led to the discovery of an asymmetric singularity whose low-frequency boundary determines the width of the superconducting gap: 2Δ = 200 ± 10 cm−1
