Аннотация
Peculiarities of transverse current-voltage characteristics induced by a transverse current in wide superconducting films are investigated. It is shown that under certain conditions a voltage transverse to. the transport current emerges due to distortion of trajectories of vortices and antivortices as a result of their mutual attraction and annihilation. It is found that non-Josephson generation at a frequency ∼ 107 Hz is observed at certain values of transport and transverse currents.
