Аннотация
The behavior of magnetoresistance ρ(H) in Bi–Sb superlattices is studied in a wide range of magnetic fields. Magnetoresistance oscillations are found to depend on the external magnetic field component which is normal to the superlattice plane. The experimental results suggest that the observed oscillations of ρ(H) are of the Aharonov–Bohm type.
