Field dependences of differential magnetic susceptibility of an easy-axis ferromagnet in a tilted field
Аннотация
It is shown that the magnetic susceptibility of an easy-axis ferromagnetic plate in a tilted field has typical peculiarities of the type of maxima and minima in the region of homogeneous state adjoining the region of existence of domain structure. The evolution of these peculiarities with a change in the magnetic field is investigated and the extrema lines of the χxx and χxz components are obtained. Such an analysis makes it possible to determine the characteristic parameters of magnet, such as the saturation magnetization, anisotropy field, and the angle of deviation of the easy axis from the normal to the surface, from the position and magnitude of susceptibility singularities as well as from the asymptotes of the extrema lines of the χxx and χxz components.
