Аннотация

Results of measurements of the parameters of a superconducting quantum interferometer made of a yttrium-based HTS ceramic prepared by solid-phase technique modified by a special homogenizing treatment of the initial components are presented. These measurements show that the field resolution of such an interferometer at 77 K is 2·10−13 T/Hz0.5.
