Response of a superconductor in the non-Josephson oscillation mode to an external magnetic field
Аннотация
Comprehensive investigations of the influence of an electromagnetic field in a wide range of frequencies (from acoustic to infrared) on non-Josephson oscillations (NJO) are carried out. The change in the parameters of the effect as well as the magnitude of the energy gap with the intensity of external radiation is studied. It is shown that as the frequency changes from smaller to larger values as compared with l/τε (τε is the energy relaxation time), the effect of the external magnetic field on order parameter changes from suppression to stimulation, thus leading to an increase in the NJO frequency in the former case and to its decrease in the latter case. At frequencies close to the NJO frequency, the superconductor behaves as a nonlinear parametric system. The obtained results confirm the basic assumptions of the model proposed earlier for explaining the NJO effect.
