Аннотация
Absorption of ultrasound in a layered metal with a quasi-two-dimensional spectrum of conduction electrons is studied in an external magnetic field H. It is shown that in the strong-field limit, the absorption coefficient oscillates upon a variation of the angle between H and the normal to the layers.
