Pulse transmission through an interface between linear and resonance media

The problem of transmission of an optical pulse through an interface between linear and resonance media is addressed. Parameters of the transmitted and reflected waves versus the parameters of the incident wave are obtained. The amplitude and speed of the transmitted wave for an incident wave in the form of a soliton are calculated.
