Effect of Sprayed Density on the Pressure Drop and Mass Transfer Coefficient in Hydrogen-WaterLiquid Phase Catalytic Bed(In Chinese)

The effects of liquid sprayed density on the pressure drop and mass transfer coefficient were discussed in a hydrogen-water liquid phase catalytic bed of( 24 mm)×(1 000) mm,which was filled with the mixture of hydrophobic catalyst and packing.The pressure drop(Δp) increases obviously with the liquid sprayed density(l) in higher gas velocity and slightly with l in lower gas velocity.When the gas velocity is lower,l and entrained liquid(δ) have little effect on the mass transfer coefficient(K_(ya)).While the gas velocity is higher,K_(ya) increases with l,δ has effect on K_(ya).
