This paper introduces that the X-ray from bremsstrahlung spectrum from Cu target in Ru-200 generator are simplified as homochromatism X-ray through the way of filtration wave,and its fluorescence efficiency of Fe,Co,V and Ti element has been measured in the process of experiment .In the paper,both theory formula and experimental result have been given,and compared.
