Technology of Data Analysis for Neutron Reflection

Based on the neutron reflection (NR) theories,it is introduced that Fres- nel reflection,reflection theories of monolayer and multilayer,the description of the layer structures and algorithm of reflectivity of films.Analysis of NR ex- perimental data is discussed.Data analysis packages Parratt32 and NOD,as well as their characteristics,are presented.Aiming at analysis of reflectivity of CoFeV monolayer,it is also given those practical examples of data analysis for neutron reflection.The examples show that the potential of layer material is re- lated with critical point of total reflection,roughness of interfaces decreases the partial reflection and the thickness of layers flexes fringe spacing on the reflec- tivity.
