Induced γ emission for nuclear isomer long-lived

It is pointed that the inducedγemission for long lived isomer ~(178m2)Hf by low energy X rays has been a topic subject in the nuclear field recently.The background and development status are described.A principle forγray transi- tions induced by X rays and the theoretical about magnificent induced emission have been related.In addition,the possible method of ~(178m2)Hf produce has been introduced also.Although the argument has existed for the experimental re- suits of inducedγemission,it can push forward in solving energy crisis and in future military field after controlling effectively the releasing of high excited en- ergy for isomer.
