Studies on the Stability of Isozyme Spectrum of Prunus salicina Lindl

Studied the isozymes (peroxidase and superoxide dismutase) on some positions of Prunus salicina Lindl. The result showed that the isozymes spectrum of leaves, leafstalks and sprout skin on a yearly fresh sprout stopped growth were stability, a yearly fresh sprout was the optimum sampling in the isozyme tests.
