Crohnʼs disease diagnostics and treatment

Purpose of the study: improving of results in treatment of the Crohn's disease. We have investigated and treatment 45 patients with Crohn's disease in the surgical department at Tashkent Medical Academy. Patients age: 17-40 years old, males-31, females-14. Methods of investigations: X-ray, colonoscopy, ultrasound, scanning sub microscopy (SSM). An SSM method was used 1-time in our clinic by us among all of the countries in Central Asia. We have elaborated precisely diagnostic methods of Crohn's disease in 90% cases. We have offered a new scheme of conservative management strategy in uncomplicated forms of Crohn's disease. Absolute indications for surgery include complicated forms of Crohn's disease. Only radical operation may produce continuously good results.
