Entrepreneurs of Uzbekistan

The article presents an analysis of the results from a 2006 survey of entrepreneurs in Uzbekistan carried out by the Center for Economic Research via standardized interviews. Firms were sampled based on their administrative and territorial classifications. Comparative and correlation analyses of the chosen parameters of firms' "successfulness" and indicators of the respondents' sociocultural and psychological characteristics were used to determine trends in various professional groups.
