Estimation of the kidney functional reserve as the prognosis of preeclampsia development in the pregnant woman with chronic pyelonephritis and glomerulonephritis.

The investigations performed have shown, that in the general structure among all the pregnant women with CP and CG the share of frequency of PE grows depending on the degree of FKR Thus, the estimation of the FKR in the debut of pregnancy in the women with CP and CG has basic importance not only for the prognosis but also for assessment of the efficacy of the therapy performed.
