Study on rooting of single buds of Camellia oleifera

Аннотация

A testing experiment for the influence of basic media,culture temperature,light intensity,shape of single bud and hormone on in vitro rooting of Camellia oleifera Cenran 2 clone was carried out and the results showed:1/2 ER was better than 1/2 WPM and 1/2MS;ABT6 0.5mg/L+IAA 2.0 mg/L+NAA0.8 mg/L was the best hormones suitable for the rooting with the percentage up to 93.7% and after 40 days.there were three to four roots in a single bud.The single bud rooted and grew well under the condition of 28℃±2℃and 2 500~3 500 Lx,the rooting percentage was to 97.8 %.
