Rooting and transplantation of single buds in vitro propagation for Cinnamomum camphora

Influences of rooting media,culture environmental conditions and transplanting substrate on rooting of shoots were investigated using the subculture shoots in Cinnamomum camphora.Results showed that the optimum rooting medium was M2(MS + Ca(NO3)2·4H2O 300 mg /L) + IBA 3.0 mg /L + IAA 2.0 mg /L + ABT61.0 mg /L with the rooting percentage of 86.8%.The optimum culture environmental conditions were the temperature of 25-28 ℃ and the light intensity of 2 000-4 000 lx.The mixed substrate from coco coir of 33% and red soil of 67% was most snitable for the growth of transplanted plantlets in vitro,on which they were vigorous and the survival rate of them was 85.0%.
