Terminological Differentiation of Disciplines of Diachronic and Synchronic Comparative Study of Genetically Related Languages

This article deals with a problem of terminological differentiation of two disciplines within the scope of comparative linguistics that studies genetically related languages in diachrony (comparative-historical linguistics) and synchrony.
