Analysis of Chemical Components and Liquefaction Using of Ten Types Forestry Biomass Materials

The chemical components of forestry biomass materials is one of the main indicators as raw materials using liquefied. This paper comparatively analyzed the chemical content from husk and shell of hickory, sasanqua, Chinese chestnut, ginkgo and torreya grandis to bamboo. The results show that compared with bamboo, the chemical components from shell of sasanqua, ginkgo and torreya grandis is relatively similar, can directly be liquefied. Hickory shell and Chinese chestnut shell of holocellulose and acid-insoluble lignin content is higher, at the same time extractive content is also higher, so the condition of the reactions need improve when they are used for liquefaction. Other forestry biomass materials of chemical composition is not suitable as raw materials by liquefaction.
