THE APPEARANCE OF NEW PARTICIPANTS OF MODERN INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS AND DISPOSAL CHANGE OF GEOPOLITICAL FORCES IN THEM.

The article deals with the data of cessation of the cold war, i.e. the ideological confrontation of the two superpowers of the USA and the USSR, as a result of this world politics changed from bipolar power distribution to a unified world systemglobalization with the pluralism of opinions. In the end there were created conditions for liberal values' spreading in the world, relations between market economy and the western model of development, which had achieved the greatest success by that time. In such conditions a number of new independent states come to the world arena, becoming integral subjects of international relations.
