On a problem of restriction of Fourier transform on a hypersurface

The paper is devoted to the restrictions of the Fourier transform on model hypersurfaces. We show that the Littlewood-Paley methods allow to obtain exact convergence estimates for the summability coefficient. These estimates improve the results of A. Greenleaf for model hypersurfaces.
